Capability 07 / fourteen
Carparks
Decks, hardstand and bays, built to fall and marked to survive traffic.

What it means
A carpark is a slab that has to shed water, carry wheel loads and stay legible to a driver for years. Most of the trouble on one starts as a fall that was set on paper and never checked on the ground.
Levels are shot before the pour and again after it, drainage is set to the surveyed fall rather than the drawing alone, and line marking and wheel stops go down on a cured surface so they stay where they were put.
