What it means
A transportable arrives finished and the work is everything around it: the footings it lands on, the crane or tilt-tray movement, and the services it has to meet once it is down.
Footings and levels are set before delivery day, the unit is craned and levelled onto its supports, and power, water and waste are connected and certified before it is handed across.
