Residential refurbishment
Commercial systems on a domestic job, with someone still living in it.
Why we fit
Most residential refurbishment is priced loosely and run informally, which is why so much of it ends in an argument about what was included. Running it with commercial scoping, a real programme and written records is the whole difference.
The complication is that someone usually still lives there. Staging, site protection and a daily clean stop being courtesies and become part of the method.
A smaller job is not a looser one. The scale changes and the system does not.
