Our core business
This is the core of the business rather than a sector we also cover. Work inside an operating government facility is a different discipline to a clear site: the building stays open, the public stays in it, and every disruption belongs to somebody's incident report.
Our director spent five years on the client side as a project manager, around two and a half of them on a Department of Communities contract. He has sat on the other side of the table, written the reports and read the submissions, which is why the documentation arrives in the form the client already uses.
In practice that means a project-specific HSEQ management plan with the tender, inductions and permits before anyone lifts a tool, and a programme built around the hours the facility is actually available.
