Structural Renovations
Changing what holds a building up, in the right order.
What it means
Removing a wall, opening a floor plate or adding load is not a finishes job. It is an engineering sequence, and the order the work happens in matters more than the speed it happens at.
Temporary support goes in before anything comes out, engineering documentation governs the sequence, and inspections happen at the hold points rather than after the fact.
