Site Supervision & Safety
Someone on site who can make a decision without ringing anyone.
What it means
Supervision is not attendance. It is having someone there with the authority to resolve a clash, stop unsafe work and redirect a trade before the day is lost.
Safety on an occupied site extends past the hoarding. The public, the staff and the other tenants are all inside the risk assessment.
